Any body watch this show? I've only watched half an episode, and it's compelling but aggravating at the same time. It's compelling, because you get to see the tactics these ecoterrorists use to disrupt the Japanese whaling operations.
It's aggravating, because these ecoterrorists feel the means justify the end and don't take ownership for their actions. I mean, the Japanese need to stop whaling, but let's be honest and call a spade ...a spade. If you're trying to disable a ship, throwing buteric acid at the ship and trying to board it, that's terrorism.
In this episode I watched, the ecoterrorists disabled the whaling ship's propeller and boarded it. The guys who were boarding got caught and were held by the Japanese crew.
Of course the ecoterrorist captain tells the world media that his crew are being held hostage by the Japanese. That's like saying a burglar is held hostage when you catch him in your house.
Anyway, here's an interesting video on Australia's hypocritical attitude towards animals.

Be warned: this vid's a bit long, graphic and very upsetting. Very informative, however.
