i always felt sluggish in the daytime and my life is kind of chaotic now so i wouldn't really wake up until the evening. i was eating the wrong things.
now i skip the eggs, coffee etc. in the morning and just eat raw tuna in the morning. squeeze some lemon on it. after that i eat some mango with cayenne powder sprinkled on and that's it. cayenne is a very safe stimulant.
i save my coffee for later in the morning or lunchtime. i dont feel the urge to eat a huge lunch anymore so i dont have the urge for the afternoon siesta so much. feel like superman with this breakfast. just thought i'd share this.
