I came across this on boingboing and thought that others might be interested. Since we are dusting off depression era central bank tools to bail out distressed banks, it seems appropriate to look at the resurgence of non-corporate level depression era events. As boing boing notes, wonder why they got it through BBS news reporting and not US news reporting.
