This brought back memory while I was traveling in Indonesia. Couple of Australian white women told me that's exactly what many white Australian women are doing with local young Indonesian men. I guess when it comes to money, it is the same crap everywhere.

Uh, it's just two consenting adults reaching a mutual agreement is between themselves. Would I run myself to Africa to partake in the weenus? Nope. Is this type of behavior for me? Nope. However, I don't see this kind of arrangement as any different than your typical older male dating a 20-something female. It's an arrangement based on monetary/sexual needs. You can call it exploitation, immoral, or wrong, but I really do not see anything particularly out of the ordinary with it. Of course, I also believe prostitution should be legalized.

I find the headline that this is "sex tourism" to be a bit sensationalistic and preying on the black man with a white woman meme because god forbid an older white woman jump in bed with a young black man...the horror! I find it especially offensive considering the fact that the term sex tourism is generally used to refer to adult men (usually white) going to asian countries to have sex with children. Yes, because the two are so much alike.

Really? I've never heard the term used in that way, I've only ever seen it used to refer to people going to other countries to get cheap/easy sex.

I have almost always seen it referring to child exploitation as in people specifically going to countries where law enforcement is lax in order to take advantage of children. Of course, that is more of a law enforcement. I'm just saying how I generally have heard it.

I don't dispute that it is disturbing. I just don't think it ranks up there in terms of sex exploitation as kiddie rape. It's pretty much prostitution between two consenting adults. Whatever fantasy or weirdness they want to play out is between them.
