I've been looking at Philly housing prices and they are cheap as hell! Even if the house is not in the ghetto south side.
Also that they have one of the biggest Chinese populations in the US and a decent job market if you have a degree.
Anybody live there and can confirm this?
I know, I'm wierd for being obsessed with living in a big city, but trust me. If you live where I am now in Merced and recently Fresno, you would want to go like I do.
