You can buy them in America nowadays. The washlet is essentially just a computerized bidet.

Some of them have really entertaining icons for buttons... like the "vagina" button and the "butt" button. Which one you press determines the exact angle where the stream of water (temperature and pressure adjustable, of course) is directed.
