So apparently, chasing down people, rear-ending their car, beating them down, and spitting racial slurs at them only gets you probation or 3.5 years.

But is the light sentence due to him being the son of a cop, or the victim being Asian? Not that either one is any better

Does the probation mean he's not allowed to beat up any Asians for the next 3.5 yrs?

Wow, Fallout Central is such a racist magnet. They must be doing something right, judging by the quantity and quality of people they are pissing off. I am really impressed by their organization. :) I am going to send them a PayPal donation through their site.

thats fartfish...i remember him saying something similar when the case first was reported. Though understandibly from the report, the guys didnt exactly help in the attack...

Fatmoron is attacking the wrong guys. Lu and Liang are the guys who fought; Liang was especially heroic as he sought to take on the two guys beating his friend. Wu and Poon were the guys who were hiding in the car.
