This poll kind of pisses me off. This forum is for all sorts of asians, and you can't be bothered to name all of them. It's bad enough S asians, or even SE asians feel left out of a lot of our discussions, but now we call them "other".

Well, sorry to those who might be offended. However I do think that a forum like this only attracts certain kinds of Asians more than others. If I were to name all Asians, I can't stop at SE and S-I would have to name ALL of the countries of those respective regions. There are quite literally more than 30 countries that fall under 'Asia', and even if you leave out countries that are traditionally not considered 'Asian' you're still left with a massive list.

Anyway I knew someone was going to bring this up LOL.

It doesn`t really anger me, but it is typical of America. If we were in the UK, the Asian poll would be mostly Indian, Pakistani and other Asians originally from that region. Chinese/Japanese/Korean are considered "Oriental" which doesn`t carry the negative conotation that it does in some parts of America.

But where is the pride for my fellow Stani's? You know: Kazakhstan (Borat does not REPRESENT us), Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan... unfortunately, Afghanistan isn't doing so well right now and Pakistan gets most of the attention from the Stani countries.
