I was wondering which month in the fall is the best time to visit? I actually have issues with heat, esp since my fucking heart has been acting up as of late, so I want to be there when the weather is probably going to be consistently cooler. I can't remember if things are still pretty hot in the last half of September? Help!?

Sometimes the end of Sept can be warm, but it's a drier heat than what you'd get in the summertime so it's tolerable. Also, it gets a lot cooler at night so it isn't so bad. If you want to hold off until October, a lot of leaves start changing around then and it's pretty to see. But the days in October are shorter than they are in Sept.

Yeah, I would agree with Ellen. October is a pretty safe bet.

Is it just to visit or to attend that seminar that you wanted to about 1 year back?

I think I will aim for October, then.

This will be for just a visit- and for work, actually.

:D

Once all the dates firm up (@ September), I will post another thread. I'm hoping to see bunch of 44s in NYC! ellen, i would love to drive up to Philly and spend a day eating with you.

Pardon the ignorance but how does the heat affect the heart?
