Take this five question test (http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/body/interactives/supertaster/) to determine if you're a supertaster.
I fucking hate picky eaters, but it looks like it's something that some of them can't help.

I scored a supertaster in the poll, but I am pretty sure that I am in reality a normal taster.

You rate as:
* Supertaster
* Non-taster
If you rate as two taster types, your taste sensitivity lies between the two.
You are not a normal taster
What is that supposed to mean?

Hmm, I rate as a supertaster, but then again, I'll try anything at least once. True about me not liking coffee or grapefruit, though.

I am a NORMAL taster!!! Why? Because I am the child of immigrants and am happy to simply be EATING!!! :P
Also, grapefruit is awesome.

I pretty much like everything, grapefruit, coffee, fatty and sweet foods. But I do agree with one supertaster characteristic, I am not fond of overly salty foods.

I'm a normal taster and proud of it.
that site states that a superstaster "usually don't like coffee, grapefruit, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and spinach" and i'm down with all that stuff every now and then, especially coffee.
that test is biased and discriminatory. I feel slightly insulted now.

I'm halfway between a supertaster and normal.

Supertaster. I love grapefruit, spincach, brussel sprouts although not coffee straight (has to be sweetened).
I love veggies and fruits (except for certain mushrooms, seaweeds and konnyaku- texture issue). My pickiness is almost always of the animal protein kind. I admit to being a pretty picky eate, but a lot of my dislikes comes from the fact that I don't like the texture.

I scored as a supertaster, yet I'm slightly confused by what I'm told I would be aversed to.
I mean I drink coffee alot sometimes, but I usually drown it in the sugar, creamer and extra milk until the bitterness becomes more of a backnote.
I don't think I've ever eaten-"eaten" grapefruit, if its what I think it is then it was much to sour-something else for me.
Never got into brussel sprouts.
And I like spinach... in salads. With other leafy greens in it. So... I suppose its correct?

And the very least I know I wasn't born a conscious supertasty, very slowly I've grown to be more adventurous with food and I've learned to like raw fish and everything else I would've avoided when I was younger. Test is kinda weird, it sort feels like a epicurian supremacist quiz.

Eh. The only thing I'm really picky about is overcooked food. I need to see and taste a little bit of blood.
