I haven't watched any of David E. Kelly's work in quite a while (his stuff gets old fast), but I did manage to watch a part of "Boston Legal" tonight.

One of the fast-talking WM lawyers visits the coroner's office - the coronor being an AM. Check that - an oldish, unattractive AM who spoke broken English w/ an accent (of course, there were the required broken English jokes).

Later, the show had an AF judicial clerk - of course she spoke perfect English.

Here's some other things I've seen or read about.

The new season of "Beauty & the Geek" is going to air next month w/ the requisite AM or AMs.

On Ted Danson's show "Help Me Help You" - there is a regular AF character. In one episode, in additiion to the regular AF character, Danson's character sets up a date w/ another AF character (no AMs in sight). Too bad this show got cancelled.

I also read that a recent episode of "The Office" revolved around the guys getting "dates" w/ AFs and that an episode of "How I Met Your Mother" had an AF going after Doogie.

And let's not forget the promos of Kelly Hu's new show (w/ her in a stereotypical Asian-themed red dress).

I haven't been watching US TV at all for a couple of months now (except for Survivor, but that was online).

Unfortunately I have been keeping up with it a little by reading the various blogs.

Racialicious has a post about The Office. (http://www.racialicious.com/2006/12/18/the-office-all-asians-look-alike/) Once you read that it'll piss you off even more.

The worst is they even have 2 sets of DIFFERENT actresses but they play the same characters.
