What I really like about this video, aside from watching food and white people of the adorable fluffy variety, is the exploration of just what integral cooking is.
The conclusion is a nice summary of that. Cooking from an integral perspective, creating integrally-informed cuisine, is of course a four-quadrant affair.
You would be concerned about the healthiness of the ingredients themselves. Can they sustain the people who are eating, and more than that, are they produced, harvested, and sold in sustainable ways? You'd consider what the food means to you, and your state of being as you create the food. The process of cooking would be about more than simply buying, chopping, mixing, heating; it would also serve to expand consciousness (or take on a "spiritual" component if you'd prefer). Finally, you'd consider the intersubjective side; the people you're cooking for or eating with, the social atmosphere you're trying to create, and how that is influenced by the food and vice versa.
Also, integral doesn't mean being a superhuman in every line of development or every quadrant of existence; integral cooking wouldn't mean that you'd have to fulfill or maximize every component listed above. It just means that you're aware of all of them and act such that you nurture and serve yourself and the world in the most expansive way possible within the constraints of your circumstances.
