Funny nacho tutorial

Ok, so for some reason, I don't think I ever had nachos. *shrugs* I plan on making some for a going away party for a co-worker who loves them so thank god for google. I found this amusing nacho tutorial. Enjoy!

The best mac and cheese I ever had was made with Velveeta (not entirely but still). Don't underestimate the magical powers of velveeta.

its pretty hard to fuck up nachos. go easy on the tomato to avoid sogginess.
i like to throw on cilantro as well.

I personally like a "fresh" style; skip the cheese and the refried beans. Go for the cooked beans (not mashed?), some meat, some lettuce, some jalapenos. A LOT of pico de gallo, and a little spicer stuff to give it a little kick. That's what I get at this place called Salsarita's, similar to Chipotle.
