I found Turtles Can Fly to be very haunting and memorable.

I finally saw Man on Fire on DVD and i have to say it was pretty good for gratuitious violence. Way better than your typical Hollywood material. You keep hoping for someway everyone can make it out alive. One of Denzel's better efforts. Maybe under-rated.

The last movie I saw in the theater was X-Men 3. That was top of September when it opened here (Japan is notoriously late with titles)

Likewise I JUST saw "Inside Man" last night... great stuff!
Tonight we watch "Paparazzi"!
