well, this dude is a Lebonese-Canadian from Ottawa. and he's rapping away like he's the next biggie smalls or some sh- people down in the states will not know (or care) but canada has a very healthy (if starving) hip hop environment, there's grafitti everywhere and little rappers doing their little rapping, which most of the time is pure comedy, this one here calls himself "Belly," he's a Lebonese born dude rapping about selling drugs and sh- like I said pure comedy. give it a listen and keep in mind he lives in Ottawa, Canada - home of the house of commons, the prime minister, and the govenor general, LOL
