I'm glad to see that you're interested! Like most Wiki articles, it's a good introduction and may point you to some good links.

There are tons of sites on the web concerning Integral Theory; the theorist I'm most familiar with is Ken Wilber, and I recommend picking up one of his books or checking out one of the sites related to him for more of his work.
