This is for those who likes bike racing, or those who claims to only watch it to see someone crash. I personally don't like to see people getting hurt, but this is part of the sport.

If you have sound turn up the volume, because the music adds quite a bit to it (it starts off quite slow, but then it builds...)

Man, some of those were REAL bad. I'm still looking for that clip that made Rossi tell Biaggi that he'd never win a race again. :lol:
I want someone to make a vid of riders reactions after wrecking. Some of them are so expressive and sorrowful it's like an opera within itself.
I don't watch for the crashes, they make me cringe hard, but it also helps me keep a bit of perspective with motorcycle riding. Sometimes I think they crash so that I don't have to :-p. At least sometimes.

The one over the incident at Qatar?I don't think so... the Gibernau thing seemed to have passed without too much fan fare. I heard that there was an incident between Biaggi and Rossi, where the trophy was given to Biaggi later after a 10 second penalty was placed on Rossi, and Rossi then said Biaggi would never win another race as long as he was racing. Or something like that. But I haven't been able to find anything to back that story up, I heard it from a friend. Could be bullshit, but it sure sounds funny especially since Biaggi's been struggling.

I think you could be talking about Donnington in 2003, when he got the 10 penalty for passing under yellow flag, which was implemented after the trophy ceremony? But I don't particularly remember Rossi being spiteful at Biaggi, and Biaggi managed a win or two after that incident.

Max was also involved at the Qatar thing, but, as the story goes, Rossi blames Gibbers for tattle-taling on Rossi's crew doing burnouts on the grid; and to spite Honda, Rossi's team in turn tattle-taled Biaggi for sweeping their grid position also. After that, Rossi supposedly put the "witch's curse" on Gibbers, and true to his words, Sete is suffering a string of shit luck (or just plain second rate riding). Coincidence? dunno.

No matter though, whether Rossi cursed Gibbers or Biaggi, couple of things are clear. Gibbers would never be champ while Rossi is around, because he is not cutthroat enough (I personally thinks he would make a really boring champ even though he is supposedly a nice guy, and his girlfriend bugs the shit out of me...), and Biaggi is not particularly doing a stellar job with factory backing either. On top of that, I would not be surprised Rossi made a deal with the devil, because although he does falter once in a while, he is never a victim of bad luck like any other riders, or perhaps he is just good at not letting imperfection get in his way of winning...

What do you think? who do you (or anyone else that watches GP) root for?
