I can get pregnant, but has a high risk of miscarriage AND ALSO pregnancy has a very high risk of causing long-term health consequences at best, or possibly fatal. As a result, my docs, family and myself have concluded that I will not be having biological children.

SO... as a woman that can get pregnant but can't carry pregnancy to term without risking my life...

low sperm count is a bee-yoo-tee-ful thing.
