Hey, what's up people? I just found this site recently and all I can say is "finally!" Something that speaks what I've been thinking and feeling for years! I've read the Delcarations, Little Red Book, etc, so I'm ready to go.

I'm a mid 20's Asian guy from the Bay Area in CA. Grew up here in the early 80s when I was one of only a handful of Asian kids in the neighborhood. So of course, I've had my share of life changing racist incidents. The usual taunts, getting shoved to the concrete, backpacks thrown upside my head. (BTW, thank you racist assholes for beating me up back then. What doesn't kill you makes you grow up to be nearly six feet and 200 lbs of "don't take no bullshit from no one) Anyhow, I'm sure I'll post many topics in Life of a 44. Lord knows I've got plenty of stories...

As for my current situation, I'm working in the video gaming industry (nothing glamorous, believe me), trying to save up money to start a life with my lady here in the very expensive Bay Area. Also hope to one day start a clothing line, but that dream has been on the back burner for a while.

I live in San Jose, but I have to haul my ass up north to Foster City/San Mateo area.

Gaming industry, eh? All work and no play. I had friends in the industry. All workaholics. Nothing glamorous about most "glam" jobs, anyway.

I found the site I think from a link on Angry Asian Man awhile back. I guess I was in an "asian website" surfing mood the other day and returned here. Then I realized there was a message board! Must have missed it the first time.
