Whassup KeJia Mei (or Jie), ni hao! Welcome to the 44s, glad to have you aboard.
Only mods and Core 44 can post to the Causes section 'cause we have to make sure everything in there is morally sound (i.e. we can't have someone mistake something for a hate crime when it's not).
If you'd like to put something in there, PM/ email me or post something here, and assuming everything's cool, we'll move it in there!
Also if you haven't already, please check out our Declarations to learn about our vision and stance. Little Red Book offers guidance for the type of posting we want to see here, and Integral Slanted discusses the more complex aspects of Integral Theory and Practice, on which we base this site and on which I base my life.

^ ... and has a strong Korean presence, both residentially and economically. Local residents humorously call Flushing `Fluh-dong', as if it were yet another district of Korea. (The suffix -dong is used to denote a small district, which is roughly comparable in its size to a local community within a U.S. city.) :D

I'm from downtown Fonky Flushing, which is mostly Chinese. Fa-la-shen would be the Mandarin equivilent, we went for the sound but if you try to come up with a meaning for it .. method to draw exuberance. Doesnt make as much sense as the Korean meaning, but there is exuberance here.
Flushing has more Chinese than any other area in NYC. Hey I heard Koreans own all the karaokes here. Is that true?
