		<description>It's good to hear that we're on the same page.  I think those civil rights organizations did very well during their heyday, but it's just hard to change a culture based on an older model.  It's like the companies that used to manufacture buggies for horses.  Once the automobile was invented, most of those buggy companies went under because they couldn't adjust rapidly to accommodate new situations.  It's not necessarily a bad thing; it was just time for something new.

Anyway, I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts on this.</description>

		<description>I completely agree with your opinion here; I'm not sure if we've discussed this already, but I think a big problem in today's activists is that they're coming from a culture that doesn't work any more: all our fundamental rights have been set down, and it's a very different game now, where we're addressing systemic, or structural problems, and what we call "racist" and "sexist" and "homophobic" aren't so clear-cut anymore.  I'll have more on this later.</description>
