		<description>Yes, it's true. But I guess I should be more specific, I don't like duck meat, but I love crispy duck skin and things cooked in duck fat. Whenever my family goes out for Chinese we'll get Peking duck, and the head waiter knows my family and knows to make me a roll with only duck skin. And with lamb, I like ground lamb, like in a lamb burger, but I usually don't like lamb when it's not chopped. Weird right?
