I too was pretty amazed that Frank Chin was online.  Crazy .  If you look at the blog itself, it looks like he's been online for quite some time, though he doesn't post often.  

It's kind of sad that one of the best Asian American civil rights leaders of the 20th century has so much less visibility than he should.  I mean, just last month the JACL had a celebration for "Day of Remembrance."  Did you guys know that Chin actually coined that phrase?  It was Chin and Chin alone.  He was one of the pioneers in fighting to get people to recognize the Japanese American internment.

Anyway, I think we younger people are quite fortunate to have historical figures like Frank Chin and Curtis Choy who set the pace.  Sure as Hell beats trying to figure out activism all by ourselves!</description>
