Silkie–I don’t think you have to be an American citizen. But the site says that you have to be Asian American, which I’m not.

No problem. I am dealing with a couple of crisis myself. But I just send them my sample as an independent, got a response but don’t know. Nightshade read somewhere that you have to be a US citizen to be elgible. Is that true?
