I eagerly await the gaggle of voices condemning this film for it's naked 'anti-americanism'.

I just saw this movie tonight. It's fantastic! I'm not a Spielberg fan because his emotional manipulation of the audience is always too naked and heavy-handed. The Host is thankfully more subtle when it comes to characterization. But the political message is quite blunt: "the American military wants to poison Korea with toxic chemicals!"
